Got quite a few pkg's here and the staff that work here r exceptional. Friendly, quick & a joy to chat with. ( luv the dog's that come in with handsom tattoo man ) my bad .

They used to answer the phone rudely. Now they don't even bother. I'm poor and would pay double if there was any other service. But it's them or nothing. Atrocious. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Well we arrived 1.5hours behind schedule so that was a bummer. But everything else was easy, from tickets to loading bags and bus was clean. Wi-Fi didn't work on my phone either.... Could of been better but hey.
