BE AWARE!!! I sent a package almost 2 months ago for a 2 day delivery and they refused to refund me, claiming some nonsense that it's UPS fault, and UPS blames the refund on them for not filling on time. Bottom line I am out $122 for shipping costs and almost $300 for the value of the item. DO NOT USE IT'S EXTREMELY RISKY!!!

Was going to let this one slide....but... the woman is something else. She appears to not know how to discern "situations"... she refused 3 IDs including a passport (despite phoning in the day before) as I'd recently moved and not updated my license address . After all the fuss and managing to convincing her that it was indeed "me" on the 3 id's - she did not even bother to take my signature for the package ! So much for adhering to protocol.

Nice, convenient location to pick up your UPS delivery holds when UPS cannot leave items at your doorstep or mailbox. The have the advantage of the large parking lot of Peninsula Village for ample parking spaces and easy access. The staff here are also helpful and friendly

The sign says hours they open at 9am. Not today I guess. Running a retail business is tough and I respect anyone who takes on that challenge. However if you take the challenge on, respect your customers and show up on time. Otherwise you are disrespecting yourself, your business and ultimately your customers.
