The UPS Store

Congratulations to the new management of the Cloverdale UPS Store (#382) located next to Salty's Fish & Chips at 17750 Hwy 10 (56th Ave). I use the UPS Store on a weekly basis and the staff are a well-organized team who complete all my service needs quickly and efficiently

This is really big and good place. I visted it yesterday and i had a great experience. Staff is professional and i have also heard that courier service is very good.

I had a great experience at this UPS location in Cloverdale (Surrey, BC). Staff was receptive and knowledgeable. I'll use them again!

I've been trying to get to a UPS store for over a week now to mail off some returns and I FINALLY managed to fit it into my schedule... or so I thought. I was thrilled to find a UPS store not too far off my route that was open until 6 PM... I got there at 5:52 PM and it was already closed, all locked up and no one in sight!!! At first I thought it was possible Google had the hours listed incorrectly until I checked the door... yup, open til 6! Maybe it's just me, but if you're open til 6, you should BE OPEN til 6.. or at least 5:58! Then again maybe it was a blessing. I didn't read the other reviews until now and truthfully I'm a little relieved this location has a horrible work ethic and was unavailable for me to trust them with actually shipping my returns... I'm not an expert on franchises by any means, but maybe UPS should consider terminating this franchise agreement. It definitely doesn't appear to be doing a satisfactory job of representing the company/brand.

A very large, all glass table I ordered was shipped to this location (17750 56 Ave/Store 382). Upon pickup, I realized the box it came in was much larger/heavier than expected. The only way to fit it in my car was to take it out of the first big box and then break it out of the wood frame that it had been shipped in within the big box. Owner, Rupinderjeet and supervisor, Kamal went above and beyond by taking it out of all of the cardboard and breaking it out of the wood frame (and getting it in the car). All of this probably took anywhere from 15-20 mins. Thx so much to both of you! Excellent customer service.
