I have used a few UPS stores in the past and have had good service from all. However, this store offers exceptional service and the staff seems to try their best to help you and retain the customer. Their prices are very competitive and the can do attitude was amazing. I wish all stores could learn a thing or two from this store. I’ll keep returning to this store whenever I need UPS.

This is worst UPS store in all of Surrey!! The customer service is horrible. They have no patience and do not want to listen to what the customer is trying to say. They are refusing packages becuase they do not like the way certain people talk. They dont like the customer telling them what they could look for to find a package. I would suggest UPS close this location. The worker at the location told Me that he can refuse and do whatever he wants as he wishes as he is a independent store. The worst. Dont waste your time,money and energy here.

I had to give one star because I can’t leave a review without, if I could chose I wouldn’t even give one star. Rudest customer service I even encountered in my whole life. I work in customer service and I have dealt with a lot of difficult situations, but have always kept my cool. Today, for the first time I cried for being humiliated and treated by far by the rudest associate AND manager. I will rather pay more to use another carrier than to use UPS service again.
