This place has the worst service ever. I made the 2 hour commute to pick up a package that was delivered 2 months ago. Once I got there, I was told that as per the terms and conditions, any packages not picked up within 60 days would be DESTROYED. I registered for an account years ago - how could I remember all of the terms and conditions? I would have at least expected a warning email or notification letting me know to pick it up by a specific date or it would be destroyed but I didn't receive anything. From my understanding, I thought I would just be charged a storage fee which I would be more than willing to pay. This company destroyed my package that was worth $300 without any warning. I don't even understand this from a business perspective - just let it collect dust and make the customer pay the storage fee! What's the point of destroying it? 60 days is definitely not enough. Since it takes me 2 hours to commute here, I like to have multiple things delivered and pick it up it one trip. What they did is rude, inconsiderate, and outright cruel.
UPDATE: In response to the owner Jamie, your response is a complete lie. You claimed that you sent me warnings and a gift credit. I would've never made a negative review if this happened. I tried to contact you multiple times and left you multiple voice messages and never received a response. You are just trying to cover your tracks. Your associate at time event admitted that I didn't receive any warning messages.
