Security Mail Services is a top notch company. Haven't had to use them a lot but the few times I have they went out of their way to accommodate me. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend using these guys if you need any service they offer.

$10 annual fee, currently $3.35 CAD per parcel. For an additional fee you can arrange to pick up your parcels off hours from a secure locker. Rather than renting a PO Box which most courier companies will not ship to, have parcels sent General Delivery. COSTCO USA will not ship to this address. I have had no problem with any other vendor. You can even have bulky items shipped here.
