Hagen's of Blaine

Excellent mail drop service. I've dealt with Hagen's of Blaine for many years, and have never had a single complaint. They're well-organized, and the staff are always very nice. Bonus points for adding an overnight/weekend locker service a couple of years ago.

I've been a customer for over 15 years and I'm really impressed with how efficient and professional they are in serving their customers. Their email notification system is so effective, I get am an email from Hagen's within 15 minutes of a delivery notification from the carrier. The email provides the carrier and the tracking number so I know which package has arrived. At $2.50 per package this service is very cost effective.

Sign up online for free on their website. Try a delivery for $5. You can see if want to then pay the $12 annual fee that brings your package cost to $2.50. I've been very happy with the service and happy that they have 24 hour lockers now too! They are very easy to use.

This used to be the most popular place for Canadians to ship their packages to. But years of inflexibility with limited hours, an antiquated workflow which works but could be improved, and higher prices have given customers some pause to try other competitors. Asides from these points, Hagen's of Blaine is reliable (at least when I was a customer many years ago). I've shipped many packages to them and they never lost them. The catalyst for what drove me away was the annual fee and my reluctance to renew once my year was up. I gave one of their competitors a try and never looked back since.
