At the Border Mail

I’ve had a box here for 2 years now and I’ve never had a problem until now. Over the phone I was told my packages were returned, when I contacted the company I bought my stuff from, they said they got nothing back. Today I went in and was told they sold my packages to cover their running cost. Funny how I’ve have car part packages sitting there for almost a year and they weren’t sold or returned but if I order shoes or a hair straightener then the 90 day policy applies? Definitely will pay the extra shipping to ship to Canada because at least I won’t be losing hundreds of dollars.

AMAZING service with the nicest people, and located literally right at the border (you can see their building while waiting in line at the Pacific Crossing border). Along with being super nice in person, the folks of At the Border Mail are super quick with their email replies. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I came here after leaving my previous mailbox, which not only had service waning over the years and only accepted cash but also had a huge theft in several thousand dollars worth of customer packages (they also had no security cameras, so no arrests could be made according to the investigating officer), and I must say that I have never been happier with this new box. This place takes credit card, which is already a huge step up from my previous mailbox. Positives: +takes credit card! +public restroom +amazing customer service and very polite and kind staff +their sorting is super quick (my old mailbox would take at least 1-2 days before a package was ready for pick up) +quick email responses from the staff +literally right across the border, super duper close +package punch card is a great deal if you use their service a lot, which I do +great weekly hours, even if they're closed on sundays In short, I've only been using ATBM for a couple months now, but I am already loving them. Their service and staff are amazing.

This place sucks..... specially now the bratty ladies who took over after firing their employee😠 Lousy customer service and they ask to pay membership fee multiple times and returned my mail saing wrong address. I would rate this place in negative.

I have been working with this company since they first opened and can not say enough good things about the staff, the service and their policies. This company has saved me time and money over and over again with their excellent service and accuracy. They are convenient and reliable and always a pleasure to do business with.
