Great place for Canadians to pick up packages. Good prices and good hours. Never a problem.

They lost my friends valuable package. They refused to re-reimburse him. Whenever you go there they head into the back of the warehouse to grab your package. Meanwhile your left alone in the office area with other freshly delivered customers packages just laying all over the place. IT WOULD BE SO EASY TO GRAB SOME OF THEM while they are in the back. I am assuming my friends package was stolen this way, but i cant believe the owner refused to compensate my friend!!!!! They have security cameras and never offered to look through the tapes. Also they have missed delivery attempts at times they were supposed to be there and operating their business. What kind of rinky dink amateur operation is this? Avoid this joke of a business.

Don't expect to pick up your parcel at lunch time. Also the inconsiderate Asian female had very poor customer service. Her dog was in middle of the hallway and I had to get my parcel myself as it was large. I understand I would carry it but when her dog was in my way she just look at it and smiled. No common sense

Very friendly staff, great service and convenient located near the border. I would definitely recommend and use their service again.

I've been going here for over a year now. I've never had any problems picking up items. Yes, sometimes he is out to lunch (usually from 12-1), but other than that I find it very reliable. The low cost is nice, too.
