He charge me 3.65 dollars for one page black and white claiming that he needed to charge me with a extra fee because I print from a digital card and he used an adaptor to print it. I never heard that in other stores, I will never comeback there. And he is so rude, I can’t believe they are still on business. And they don’t give a receipt... scammers!!

Paid $90 for next day guaranteed delivery (weekend) and it was not delivered until the following Tuesday. Operator very rude and only offered a $10 discount for the late delivery and that was after very much discussion.

Very rude and awful customer service representative.The guy who is I guess an owner was yelling, screaming and was absolutely unhelpful ! He definitely needs to seek a prof. help. I would definitely avoid this UPS location and this store.
