I’m a little surprised at some of the reviews here, especially because most seem to confuse an individual UPS store (franchisee) for The UPS Store (franchiser)… But in my experience, Paul and Stella at this particular UPS store have always exceeded expectations with the wonderful attention and care they've provided for my shipping and printing requests. Just recently, they helped me track an urgent package that failed to arrive on time because of the local driver’s negligence; even though UPS store owners do not have any control over (and thus should not bear any responsibility for) a driver’s mistakes, Paul and Stella relayed my concerns to The UPS Store HQ and they got in touch with local UPS stores near the recipient, doing everything they could all the way up until its eventual arrival. And at my request, they held a package sent to me for more than a week after I had informed them beforehand of my travel plans. At other/most stores, packages are held for 5 days, after which it is redirected by The UPS Store to another (usually more inconvenient) location; here, I can request a few extra days without worrying that I’ll have to hunt a package down with The UPS Store’s customer service department… Paul and Stella continue to go above and beyond for us customers: time and time again, I’ve known them to offer discounts and to even forgo labour fees in consideration of the steep prices for urgent/international deliveries… Much thanks to their quality care!
