I have not received my package for 3 weeks. As schedule, i should have received this on Monday, Feb 04 but after 4 days, no calls come. What's wrong with your system? Please give me a reply to show your politeness and professional working style.

Got a door tag because FEDEX said I was not home, but I was. Door tag stated to pick up parcel at a certain address but when I called FEDEX for assistance they said it was at a different location. Called 4 times in total for help but when the Call Centre is in Mexico, they cannot do anything. So I wonâ€™t be dealing with Companies that use FEDEX.

Avoid having your package end up here at all costs. The horrible attitude of the staff is just not worth dealing with. Terrible, unfriendly and rude every time.
