I’ve been to this UPS Store multiple times for a variety of services, including printing and mailing important, time-sensitive documents. Every time, the team has been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was done correctly and giving me confidence that my documents would arrive safely. One experience, in particular, really stood out. I was expecting my passport to be returned to me and needed to update the delivery address. After being sent in circles between the UPS website, the billing department, and customer service, I still couldn’t get the issue resolved. It was an incredibly stressful situation. Although the problem wasn’t the store’s responsibility, I went back as a last resort. Brian immediately stepped in, contacted UPS on my behalf, and advocated for me until he finally reached someone in customer service who was able to update my address. His willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Brian, and the entire team, for your professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

About a month, I had my passport photos photos taken here and since then, they have been rejected by Passport Canada three separate times due to incorrect technical dimensions. When I called the store to explain the rejection and point out the incorrect sizing, the owner immediately became abrasive, standoffish and arrogant and told me I was wrong: He openly admitted that the store has been fully aware of this technical sizing issue for months because multiple other customers have called to complain about the exact same thing. He claimed that because of the complaints, they taped a "warning sign" on the front door, and that it was my fault for not reading it. When asked he didn't verbally mention this to be before taking the photos or payment, he stated it was "not his responsibility." He then went on at length saying that it was the federal government's website fault for rejecting the photos saying that they work sometimes, refused to issue a refund for a failed product, and told me to go ahead with a credit card chargeback so he could fight it. So here we are. It is entirely unacceptable to sell a service you know is potentially defective, pocket the money, and then blame the customer for not reading a fine-print sign on the door. In the past, I've brushed off this operator's abrasive attitude as him just having a bad day, but on the call, I found him to be completely dismissive and his attempts to gaslight the situation were worthy of taking the time to write all of this out. Also, for what it's worth, the photos were taken with a very basic DSLR camera, without tripod, using the on-board flash from an absurdly high and unflattering angle. I know they're just government photos but wow, they looked absolutely heinous. Save your time and money, go anywhere else for your passport photos!

Had to overnight ship something to Alberta that my better half forgot to pack… Canada Post would have been $74 + box but the teller wasn’t convinced their “1 day guaranteed” service would actually make it before the weekend. (I was there at 9am on a Thursday…) The service at this UPS store was friendly and capable. Helped me choose my options and boxed everything for me. About half the price I was quoted by CP!

I had a very bad experience returning an Amazon package through UPS at this location. I visited this store twice, and both times a young male employee made the process unnecessarily difficult. The first time, he told me I had to print the label myself or pay $3 for them to print it. The second time, I came back with the printed label, but he then told me I needed to print two additional pages and tape them to the package. He still refused to accept my return. I went to a Staples location with the exact same package and documents, and they processed my Amazon return immediately without asking for anything extra. I would not recommend this UPS location to anyone. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional, and the whole experience was extremely frustrating

Went to drop of a package heading to the UK. Dropped on Monday , the package was delivered 2 days later at 9am. This was fantastic service. The Gentleman at the counter was very helpful. I would recommend coming here .
