I had a really great experience with The UPS store today - I really needed something printed and their prices were fair, the order was complete within minutes, and the manager went above and beyond with customer service. I live in the area and will definitely be going back when I need printing or shipping! Great store!

Had to ship back a faulty laptop bought on eBay. Mina was supremely helpful in providing suggestions and advice on shipping it out. Furthermore, she went above and beyond to make sure my package was sent out using the fastest and cheapest service at no additional cost. I cannot thank her enough in making this shipping headache go as smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend, ship your things here.

This location also does printing. Mina provided excellent customer service, being very kind and helpful. Knowing the documents were in colour, she even offered to print with higher quality paper without extra cost. I was in a hurry and she got everything set up quickly. Really cares about the customers!

Came in today with my husband to send off a very important letter, Mina went above and beyond to help us make sure we had everything we needed, and more. She was very personable, easy to talk to , and had a all around welcoming and positive attitude. We left feeling as if we had made a new friend.
