I asked to borrow bit of tape to seal the return label for my box to sent through ups. The korean man refused to borrow tape but offer to charge me for him to seal it for me. Amazing scammer PS guys if you dropping off packages seal them before hand.

This has to be the worst UPS store! The staff is completely in knowledgeable and the customer service is terrible. If you have any questions regarding anything related to UPS even the simple questions about their mailbox services - they will not know! Save your time and look elsewhere.

Been calling for 2 1/2 hours now. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Rings through to the voicemail. Walked over and stood outside. This young asian guy is in there playing on his phone so I called from out front the shop. He's ignoring the calls. Went in and collected my mail without a word. I will be finding another postal box somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

They will take your package. They will take your money. Just don't expect any customer service above and beyond. At best this place is slow and painful to go to.
