This review will probably help Iranian nationals only, despite being in English. Pros: - Chaparex is highly recommended for renewing passport. We called them and asked about the procedure. They told us the pre-renewal checklist and costs. We booked an appointment for the next day and did our part at home. Took the rest of the docs and they collected them, took the passport photo and all affidavits. - It took less than 15 minutes to do all that. We were told to wait 4 weeks, but the passport was ready to pick up in a week! Super fast and express. - Staff were good and friendly and communicated well. We had great small talk and fun even when picking up the new passport. Cons: - they’re cash only. I believe credit/debit card payments must be available everywhere these days. In today’s financial world, when I hear “cash only”, I start seeing a red flag about a business. Let’s hope nothing’s wrong with them behind the scenes!
