purolater is just awful overall.. they came to my house for delivery today.. and called the intercom, in about 10secs it started ringing they hung up and just left, leaving a "we missed you" note! not only i paid extra for the delivery to get my package early it still arrived late, and now i have to go all the way to their freaking facility to pick it up the next day because theyre close now already... this is not the first time! they just ring ur intercom and just leave within 10secs

The old gentleman didn't ask me how fast the letter needed to arrive; he simply chose the most expensive option for me. When I complained that I would never come back again, he just walked away and ignored me.

I wonder if purolator know how bad this place treats their customer. The level of customer service is not existent.

Multiple bad experiences here. Just went to mail a small package and the best price they could give me was Canada Post Express shipping for $170+. I thought it was overpriced so I went to Canada Post at the mall and sent using that same shipping method for $80 total. Canada Post also gave me options of with slightly slower delivery for just $30. This place has insane mark ups. Last year, I also dropped off over 200 pieces of stamped mail to be sent with Canada Post and none of them were delivered! I contacted Canada Post about the issue and they couldn’t find the mail anywhere. I gave Post Net the benefit of the doubt but now I’m thinking maybe they just never went out. Save yourself money and go directly to Canada Post.

Fantastic customer service and great staff! I worked with Paymon who was super friendly and able to answer all my questions. He was a great help in navigating my international shipment. Would definitely return to this location!
