I enjoyed my trip. The staff right from buying the tickets to the driver(s) were terrific. However I would like to see the free wifi to run more smoothly as I found myself having to reconnect constantly. Otherwise.. fantastic ðŸ™†

Boarded in Kamloops, the lady at the ticket desk was a very mean and had no customer service skills at all. My wife had no purse but had a back pack and was told that she could not take on board the bus because it was clearly not a purse. Even though the sign said 1 personel item, not specifically a purse. I would never recommend Greyhound to anyone.

The restaurant does not stay open if bus is late. And that is the meal break. And there was kids on the bus
