I was expecting a parcel and instead of the delivery guy knocking/ringing the doorbell, they place a sticker on the door with a delivery fee and leaves. Than the next day they come back again and do the exact same thing with placing a sticker on the door with a delivery fee over double the charge this time. I will NOT be paying a delivery fee when this delivery person is not even attempting to knock/ring the doorbell. They are the worst delivery team I have personally dealt with here in Brandon. 1st attempt they charged $20.00 COD 2nd attempt they charged $50.00 COD This driver is expecting me to pay $70.00 COD to get my parcel

worst curriers! very disappointed Purolator lost the contract to a Cab company! deliver parts to the wrong places and will not correct their mistakes! spent 2 hours sorting out a delivery to the wrong address and in the end had to go pick it up myself! Not the service we paid for! Purolator always corrected it if they messed up! and the deliveries were always on time and the same everyday! if no stars was an option, i'd pick 0 stars!

Unfriendly and extremely rude and unprofessional staff! And all I was doing was dropping off a return package. I can’t imagine what they are like to anyone that hey have to do some actual service for.
