Very difficult time recieving my package. No communication. Unprofessional. Not worth the stress. I recommend going elsewhere.

Had a parcel for overnight delivery. It arrived in Brandon the next day however MNC failed to contact me to notify me it arrived. Also said that we requested the parcel be held which was not the case. Had to order parcel again as I assumed it had not been shipped. Not a company to deal with. Not reliable.

I have had 2 seperate parcels come thru them and both times it was a headache. I left notes and money order with payment for driver but they failed to leave my parcel and only left a second notice claiming i was not reachable. I was home from noon on and checked my door freaquently to see if they had come. When i woke this morning there was another notice?? They oviously did not knock or ring my bell nor read the notice i had left on my door. I will be waiting all day today to see what happens today.

Chris is a life saver. I was desperately trying to locate my package but they didn't have it. He called about 50 different numbers he had and finally found the company that was delivering it for me. I've never had anyone go above and beyond for me like that. Great company!!

They do not make contact with any customers and fail to meet deadline. For example when my son passed away and his life insurance benefit was in the mail we did his funeral on or line of credit but needed that check to pay it off they held on to it for quite some time i after the deadline was passed by a few days i went and picked it up myself. Not impressed at all.

Why do they have a voicemail if they don't return calls. Called 3 times leaving a message about my package because I couldn't find the entrance. Went into a shop where no one was there. Anyways my package was sent back and all they had to do was pick up the phone or return my call. Why ask for a detailed message.
