lived in an apartment. leave a message to call or message whenever for the deliveries. still didnt give me a call. missed two deliveries already.

Great and friendly service. I live in an apartment so other companies have not even bothered trying to buzz me when delivering a package and just leave the slip on the door. The driver/courier gave me the call and delivered the package.

They never actually deliver the package. They just make you drive to the edge of the city limits in the middle of nowhere between 1-6pm M-F to pick up your own package. If you can't drive, you won't be able to get your package. If you are home, the probably won't knock. Good luck actually getting anything shipped with CANPAR.

They left a note on the first attempt and I left instructions to "bring to a store so I can pick it up" and they responded "we dont have a store" This is just being lazy on there part I got through customer service and they do have delivery locations for pickup however few they are.. It is frustrating to try and pickup the package.. I cant even go to pick it up myself because they're closed on the weekend. The fact that I had to pay for this service is terrible. They should at least have drop off locations you can easily pickup at .

It's very frustrating they attempted delivery twice and left a notice of missed delivery but I was at Home the whole time. I've never heared them knock or atleast rang the dool bell just even once.

Do not use this company. I phoned them to say do not leave my big items arriving in the yard. The driver didnt even knock on the door just put my big items on the wet muddy grass in the back yard. Not impressed.
