Horrible HORRIBLE service!!! Rude on the phone, started an argument with my husband on the phone yelling and all of this and I couldn’t hardly understand a word he said! But I understood the tone! They arrived late. Walked through my house with their work boots leaving gravel and dirt on my hardwood floors! If I could I would leave them a ZERO out of 5 stars! If I had to use them again I may rethink shopping at IKEA !!!

This company is staffed by completely incompetent drivers who end up breaking the products thereth supposed to fix (along with not attaching all pieces), and having no idea how to actually do logistics (though the name states otherwise). Not once have they been on time, which is within a 3 hour window they give. Would not recommend to anybody.

Was shipping a $5000 bicycle from Vancouver to Ontario. Only made it as far as this depot and disappeared. Pursuing lawsuit.

Trying to work with dispatch and then the driver for pick ups has been awful. Putting in way to much time for simple tasks. They do not attempt to help poor customer service and relations.
