Andre Trudeau and Kelvin Fey or the UPS/Instant Imprint are the most professional and proactive team I have ever worked with. I recently needed a 'green screen' for video production. Not only did I receive the product quickly at a fair price, Andre, with a fabrication background customized a frame that allowed me to transport the green screen rather than having to limit my use to one location. They have a strong customer service attitude and will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have used them for business cards, creating business materials, banners, and now the green screen. They are simply "the BEST".

Since the change of ownership, the service is great and very helpful. I must be honest and say that the prices have gone up significantly. I understand the need to raise prices. I will continue going for bigger jobs for sure because they do know what they are doing.

Every time I go there the prices have gone up significantly... I've given them my business over the years.. Last time I went it was $1 to have them scan a page and send it to my e-mail, I thought that was a lot considering printing paper is less, but I went with it. Now, I just ran in to scan a document and they charged me $3.50 to scan one page. Literally took 30 seconds, that's just bad business... I will not be giving them my business ever again.
