Extremely fast service . I had to phone into fed ex to pay my duty for an overseas parcel . I got through right away to a real person without having to wait on hold . The girl who helped me was very friendly and quick . I had requested that my package be left at my front door as I wouldn’t be home to accept delivery. The girl made a note on my file . Within minutes I had another phone call from someone at my local fed ex saying that they had received this note and had made a label for my package and also alerted the driver . Very impressed . Normally with large companies like this things don’t happen this quickly . I appreciated the confirmation phone call very courteous .

Busy, but friendly employees. Gave me a free box for my shipment and taped it up, the post office will make you buy tape even.
