UPS Customer Centre

no stars. ordered a phone with next day delivery. tracked it through to the morning. made it where it needed to in order for the driver to deliver it. i was sitting in a room with the blinds open on the window, directly overlooking my front stairs, door as well as street. saw a UPS truck drive by doing about 30 km/h. I assumed they missed the address and would return. After a few minutes I checked the status of delivery. It said first attempt was made. no attempt had in fact been made, unless the definition of attempt is driving by the receivers residence. customer service was helpful.....until i spoke with local guy at the dublin location. Instead of guaranteeing me the package would be delivered the same day and apologizing for the negligence and terrible work ethic of their driver

do not use UPS for international shipments. What UPS does is they work with shops to offer cheap shipping rates. This makes shops (and you) think UPS is the cheapest shipping method to customers and they usually default to UPS. What UPS then turns around and charge ridiculous brokerage fees upon delivery. So good luck convincing anyone at home to pay UPS money on your behalf. And if you work weekdays like I do, UPS pickup is only at their depot centre on Dublin (they will not ship to any UPS stores) and they only open during the day on weekdays. Also good luck getting time off to pay for your overpriced package.

If I could, I would give them minus stars. Ups is a nightmare. I paid extra for a 1day air shipment, They delayed it a couple times and then they all the sudden have lost a package which is about 70 pounds and roughly 5' long How can they loose such a package? Almost 2 weeks are past now and they still don't have any info on where it is. I had asked the seller to ship a new package out with the expensive 1 day air shipping and they delayed this package too. So disappointing as this was a very urgent package for my business. If you need a reliable shipping company, you should definitely look elsewhere. I lost hundreds of dollars now because of ups and what do they offer? Refund on the shipping cost. Ups is a Joke!!

They lost my shipment. How does a huge 36lbs box go missing? 1 star given for decent customer service even though I was just told to contact the shipper and have them declare it as lost.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. First off they delayed my package by three days without giving any reason, then on the day it finally went out for delivery i watched the driver pull into my driveway, use it to turn around and then leave... moments later the status changed to first attempt made... then after calling customer service then said i could pickup the package on the same day(when the first attempt was made) and that they would call me when it was ready for pickup. After waiting the whole day until there was only an hour until the place closed i called again and they told me that they need to wait on the driver to return the the shipping facility before they could do anything, when i asked further questions about how i could pick it up same day, the representative hung up the phone on me. Will never use this service again
