Very dissatisfied. Never picked up on the right pick up date. Always end up leaving the package because hey are too busy. Said will pick up on the next schedule. Happened 4 times already. So I put the box out of the house hoping to be picked up but never recieved a courtesy call why it wasnâ€™t picked up. First it was snowy the package was snowed in. Second it was rainy so the box ended up wet. Thinking of looking for another courier. Plus the 2 people who picked up before asked for $40 extra for lifting the box too far in our yard. So frustrated.
