Family cartel which treats customers according to race, class and nationality. I wish they could be more professional. Thumbs down in our books. UPS need to do something because that’s the face of the company. 1/100

***Update*** They got rid of the manager! Hooray! Haven't been but I'm sure it's much better. ***Update*** Manager is a liar. What a joke. The manager's response to my review has nothing to do with what happened. My complaint had NOTHING to do with any delivery. I went to the store at 10:30am when they were supposed to open at 10am and they weren't open. When they did unlock the door the manager did not apologize for being 30 minutes late and because he had nothing started up and I couldn't wait for him to finish, I left. No delivery, no confrontation. Also when I complained to the company they said because the store was individually owned they couldn't help me but they had had MANY complaints about them before. But I really enjoy how the manager lied to make it look like I was being unreasonable. Wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible customer service.

I've only gone here to pick up parcels and never had any problems. The staff have always been friendly, happily answered any questions I've had. Having this store in the neighborhood has been such a convenience. Their hours are great.
