Deliveries! Tracking ID: DXAMZ002790247

I was home all day then about 3 pm I received a notice on my cell that a package my wife was expecting to show up on Mon had been delivered at 2:50 pm. I checked the mailbox and ground around our steps and nothing there. Later i happent to be looking out the front window only to nitice a orange envelope tossed out onto our lawn. I ran out to see if that was the package in question and it was. Anyone could have been walking by and grabbed i. That is just not exceptable delivery in any country certainly not here in Canada. That employee should seriously be fired. The next time I order something if they say your company is the carrier I will not purchase it. This is totally unexceptable!

Edit: I am changing my rating based on the performance from Dynamex for the past 5 months. Packages are being delivered promptly. The are being delivered morning to afternoon, no longer 8pm. Also putting package in better places out of site. Keep up the good work and improvements. FOR AMAZON CUSTOMERS: do yourself a favor and pay for express shipping if this is the free option your given. Quite possibly the worse delivery service ever. The paper delivery person is more reliable then these guys. And apparently they don't check their google business posting or simple don't care. I will be contacting amazon in regards to their "service".

0 STARS. Apparently there were 3 attempts at delivering my package. I'm here... in my office all day waiting for them. Didn't see them once. After 3 attempts they send it back to amazon, and there is no option to pick up a package from their warehouse. I don't have what I ordered, and now it's being sent back... COMPLETE NONSENSE.

I wish I could give this company a negative rating but unfortunately Google won't allow it. even after explaining to customer service that delivery is to a business that closes at 4 p.m. they are unable to make delivery three times over five-days. It's easier for this company to say they attempted delivery on multiple occasions and then just return the package to Amazon,this way they get to Bill Amazon each way and not actually have to deliver the parcel. Amazon should drop this company.

Absolutely THE WORST COURIER IN MANITOBA!! Use at your own risk. There will never be a delivery on the date expected. They always “claim” they couldn’t get to the door blah blah blah. I work at a company in a GLASS building. Open to 10 pm every night and open on Sunday’s. but somehow we are always closed when they arrive. HORRIBLE. They shouldn’t be in business

Called twice to ensure package would be delivered during business hours. Both reps assured me it would be. No package showed up all day.
