Didn't knock on my door, just left a notice the first attempt, HOWEVER I have now changed my review after they called me to make sure I got my package after the third attempt. I really appreciated this! The driver that came was great. He knocked loud and was very polite. Thank guys!

I have decided not to deal with any suppliers that use this courier, the suppliers know how bad this company is from all the complaints and damage reports because they have employees and drivers that do not care, there is obviously no customer training for the employees. The team managers never live up to any promises that make regarding calling you back and resolving delivery issues. We have had a very high parcel damage percentage and drivers that admit they have a lot of damage claims There is a huge disconnect between the delivery depots and the customer service. I think it's easy to judge the quality and customer experience suppliers are giving their customers by choosing to use Loomis to deliver their goods to customers? bottom of the barrel courier service,

no weekend contact available at all. no way to pick up a package or even find out about it except through regular office hours. a backwards self centered operation with no concern for the customer. shipper that use this service show the the same self centered lack of concern for their customers.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. When I tracked my order, it said delivered, I never got it and they don't know where there driver left it. This is the 5th time this company has lost or damaged something. Terrible company.

They are apparently slow on updating their tracking information. The seller provided a tracking number to me but it was not in the system right away; the system did not recognize the tracking number. There seems to be a lag of at least a couple of hours. For example, received shipping number at 3:45 pm but not registered on system until about 5:30-6:00 pm. The package missed a connection somewhere along the way which delayed shipment by several days (including a weekend). This is an internal logistic error on their part. With the 'Delay Missed Connection', there was no update for five days so I was concerned regarding the status of my package (was it sitting in their warehouse, on a truck, at a driver's home?) Next message was it finally arrived in the City. They did send me a notice when it was out with the courier. I had time to leave work and wait at home. It was about 5 hours from the notice to when they showed up. In that time, I had to leave the house so I left them a message to call, as I was going to be close by and could come back home within 5-10 minutes. They called and waited patiently for me to get home with some of my help. It would be nicer if they could get on top of their logistics notifications for tracking. There was no real issue but for the recipients peace of mind, it would help to know more. No damage to the package which is also significant since it was over 100 lbs. Overall, I would say a successful delivery.
