First they didnot even ring the bell, just left the notice paper, even u left message at the front door says u are at home and just ring the bell. Second the guy at the front desk just say they have no control over the driver Why choose a company that cannot do the proper delivery and have no control over their drivers, i am not a hater, just letting u guys know better

AWFUL!!! 0 stars if it was possible. My package was delivered to a completely wrong address, not even on the same street!!!!!!! It's literally your only job to read an address and drive there!!! Had to file an "investigation report", they wouldn't give me the address of the address they ACTUALLY delivered it to, which I understand but I could do a better job going to get it myself, and then told me it would take 1-8 business days to receive my package MAYBE and if I don't get it then possibly work out some compensation for my 300$ package. So very unimpressed.

Great customer service from Barry and his team! Many of the other reviews here are about UPS delivery, which has nothing to do with the UPS Store itself.
