Loomis Express

They honestly don’t even try to deliver packages. First day was out for delivery but they never even showed up yet it said delivery attempted. There was no notice card left. This was after I updated my DHL profile to leave on the porch. They still didn’t do that. Why? Because they didn’t even show up. Next day package said it was on truck for delivery. They never showed up again. Called twice to both DHL and Loomis who assured me it was on the truck and the driver was aware to leave on the porch. Still no package. They honestly don’t even attempt delivery but pretend they did so that you have to pick it up but they still get paid. What a joke.

Dropping off a package to be returned. Was quick and very easy with all the paperwork I needed printed before hand. Staff at the front desk was very nice.

Hope what you have ordered doesn't get shipped by this company. They say they attempted delivery once and there was no answer, so now they said it's on hold for pick up only and we are a 2 1/2 hour drive from them. There was no paper saying they were at my door or phone call saying they would be coming. Good luck!! After reading some of these other reviews it looks like we are not the only ones with this same issue. I probably am not far off saying this company is taking the shipping costs from companies without even attempting the delivery. Then making you go pick up the package at your expense. Scammers.

Paid double for 2-3 day shipping and it's been 5 days. Won't give us a refund, incompetent, rude and vastly lacking any sort of quality customer service. Would never recommend to any one. Easily the worst courier I have ever had to deal with. Edit: they lost my package between the warehouse and my home. They still haven't claimed responsibility for their negligence and won't refund me. If I could rate this courier zero, I would. Second Edit: They have hung up on me multiple times trying to figure out what happened to my package. They still will not claim any responsibility either.

Horrible service. Phone operator is rude, delivery man came and didn't have change for the dues I owed and left with my package back to Regina, which is over 2 hours away from me so its not like I could drive and pick it up the next day. Their voicemail box is full so you can't leave them messages. And I'm still waiting for them to re-send my package... 3 days later than when they said they would, and counting.
