This is the worse delivery courier in Montreal. The driver did not delivery my package, the system says it was signed by the entrance but the signature field is empty. The customer service agent (Stacey) told me we left the package at the entrance (No signature). It does not make sense and she was very rude and unprofessional. Checking on the dispatcher website it looks like they do not deliver at all. Many people have the same issue. Not recommended!

They just left my sim card outside and it got stolen. When i asked them about it they told me fizz mobile said they could leave it in the lobby. Yes, L O B B Y, not on the street for anyone to steal.

Waited for the delivery at home, the person never rang and just left the delivery noticed. Called them and they said they would retry delivery in 2x days or come and pick it up 26km away.. Terrible company, terrible support. I will never use this. And never encouraged them at any cost.

I was scared after i read the reviews here. But, it didnâ€™t take them 10 minutes to give me the Phone from Vedeotron. Make sure you bring : 1- ID 2- Proof of residence 3- The notice. Good Luck guys.

I live in a 400 unit apartment building complex, and instead of delivering my belongings to my door, they left it on the side of the road, where it was probably stolen... 3 TIMES. Called customer service and an unhelpful agent told me this was not their problem...
