Purolator

Purolator doesn't try at all to deliver to people living in apartment buildings. I was supposed to have a package delivered today and was home all morning. I did not have any missed phone calls nor was there a knock on my door. It wasn't until I got an attempted delivery notice from Amazon that I realized I missed the delivery. I do not have a buzzer, as I am not from Moncton and do not have a local number to set one up with. There should be something in place to deal with this, as I imagine I am not the only person with this issue. I phoned Purolator to try and find out why I did not receive a phone call or anything and the person that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. Terrible service and incredibly inconvenient.

Purolator should have a 'satellite' office in Moncton somewhere (West end??), instead of having to drive all the way out past the airport to pick up my parcel. This is quite an inconvenience. They offered to re-deliver, but I'm not home in the mornings, and they couldn't guarantee an afternoon delivery. I was greeted by friendly staff at the store though.

Got a call last Wednesday that my parcel was at the depot to be picked up, it's hard working around the hours and the distance when I don't have a car and work the full day but I finally managed to find a friend who was available to take me there to get my mail on Monday (since they're closed on the weekend). When I get there I'm told that my package was already sent back earlier that day and that they call you the second day the item shows up, but you still only have the five business days to pick up, which by that point would have been four. Today would have been the fifth day and I still had two hours before close to get my item (since I work until five) which didn't really feel fair at all. Then when I put the tracking number they gave me into the computer it says it had been there for weeks but for some reason I was never actually notified? Upset either way as now I've lost the parcel I've been waiting for for almost two months to receive and as much as I'd like to say this has never happened before, it did and it's always the same location that does this.

They never ring and dont even try to get into my appartment building i always have to go get my packages. Disgusting
