The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in a delivery service. They make little to no effort to locate the address where package is to be delivered. If they cant find the address, the package goes into an abyss which can take a week to locate. The depot's cant correspond with the drivers apparently, so there is no way to actually get a package of a truck even if you are prepared to go to the depot to pick it up. You cant even call a depot directly, because they " don't have the resources to answer phones". Really!!!!!?????? Also, it almost impossible to get a real person on the 1 800 number when the online instruction is "please contact Purolator for instruction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Bottom line is NEVER USE PUROLATOR.
