Shipment was delayed due to late flight by one day. after making it from lewisville, KY to Moncton, NB in one day my package sat in the Moncton warehouse for 2 days before attempting a delivery. Making a simple delivery 3 days late, will not use UPS service in the future.

This is the second refrigerator that was shipped by UPS in the past two weeks damaged. We bought the fridge through Amazon and had to return the first one, than the second just arrived and was damaged worse, bottom smashed beyond repair, like it had been dropped. Strangely the bottom of the box had been cut open and this is where the damage was.

First of all, UPS refused getting my item, later on by 8:35 a.m. It said deliver scan, then by 10:30 a.m. It said "out for delivery @ 5:30 a.m. That wasn't enough, they came to the door, dropping a note to a different room apartment like why? You refused picking my shipment after picking it up you made me wait till the end of the day while the departure place to my place is so close. It's a BIG SHAME
