Terrible experience. I bought a somewhat large, fragile item on ebay and had the seller drop it off at this UPS store. I phoned in and had several conversations with the staff there about how i needed it packed. I told them 2 layers of bubble wrap all the way around it, and I didn't care about the added cost involved in wrapping it. I could not have stressed more seriously that it needed wrapped well. I was also never offered or told that buying insurance was an option. When it finally came and I opened it, I saw that the WILLFULLY CARELESS AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT staff had tossed in a bag of peanuts and then taped up the box. The item arrived broken and required $450 in repairs to fix.
I called back and talked to the manager, maybe Francois? who said, "well hey, sorry about that. I talked to the staff there about how it needed packed as well, but I left early that day, and, well, things just happened." What an absolute LOSER. Someone there said they were going to look into insurance after the fact and phone me back, but big surprise they dropped the ball there as well.
