Very bad customer service and delivery service. I paid additional Customs fees of 23CAD (in addition to the shipping fees i already paid when i placed my order for the item online). Delivery window is from early morning 7:30am to late afternoon 7:30pm and even though my mobile phone is listed in the shipping information, the delivery driver does not bother giving me a call nor ring the bell. Apparently DHL delivery expects the customer to be at the front door of the house for the entire time from 7:30am to 7:30pm to get the package, other wise it will simply assume the customer is not home. When I paid the additional customs fees I checked the option of "No Signature required" yet the customer service representative told me it would require 48hours to be updated in the system. Currently I am waiting for the item to be redelivered after 4 days (earliest re delivery date) with an expected delivery window from 7:30am to 7:30pm. I placed instruction for driver to call me once he/she arrives and to leave it at the door if I could not be reached. I also rechecked that "No Signature required" option is on. Overall, very bad customer service and delivery service. I will do my best to avoid DHL and never use their service again.
