I was told my package was available to be picked up Monday. I took the day off work, drove to the Dartmouth location (90 min) , was told my package had already been returned to shipper and there was nothing they could do. I tried to ask questions but the woman I spoke with wanted nothing to do with me. I drove home (90 min) and called customer service for a tracking number only to find out it was actually STILL in Dartmouth and I could drive another three hours and pick it up or they would RTS. Thanks FedEx, keep up the good work!

If there were a way to completely avoid interaction with this company - I would. Their service is completely useless for apartment buildings so you'll have to call their helpline anytime they try to deliver then redirect to Dartmouth for pickup the following day before 6.

Today is the second package the driver delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. I was called a liar by their drive, according to customer service. He delivered the package and left it on my red porch. I do not have a porch, nor anything red on my house. First order was from the states, now one through Amazon. After being told again I was lying, I told them to google the address they had given me - my correct address - and they said oh okay that's not it. It's been 2 weeks. Nothing heard back

What an urgent document delivery to South Korea last week! The staffs are very helpful to print out my shipping documents at the office. So, please donâ€™t forget to print your shipping docs before just walk into the office. Nice and just good service!
