Made an order last Friday with 2 day shipping. Received a late call Wednesday as they could not figure out which of the provided addresses to use (hint, #1 - primary). Booked for Thursday delivery in which I forgot my office would be closed. Client side, I had no way of communications with them other than the 2 emails I sent - 1. (Tuesday I believe) regarding the location problem 2. (evening Wednesday) Regarding me being out of office Thursday. They still attempted the delivery and now I am not only annoyed of not having the product, but concerned I'll need to drive to the inconvenient location.
In short:
- Use the provided address
- Deliver on time so these issues don't occur, and other potential customers don't have late shipments
- Must I ask why it is hard to get in contact?
Canada post had no issues delivering in 2 days, and knew to use the first address provided. I ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday.
I plan to avoid Purolator in the Saint John area.
