I was informed by UPS they could provide services for importing a shipment, they were CC'd on all communication for over a year. I specifically asked about the ability for providing the importing service on several occasions and was assured by UPS that they could provide the service. Once my shipment left for Canada UPS emailed and said they couldn't help me. I scrambled to find a new broker and incurred almost $1000 in fees. My calls have not been returned from UPS despite several voicemails.
