They are seriously the worst delivery company I ever came across. They never delivered any of my itens on the day they're supposed to, they always imply that the address is wrong or incomplete to justify it, but it never really is! Then you have to call them, change the delivery date on their website, etc, it can never be a smooth service with them. At least the customer service is not the worst, because you're gonna need it.

SUCK SO HARD! They didn't deliver the order to the good person, and also never got a response from their customer service (emails, phone calls, tickets). Simply the worst delivery company ever!
