Drop off window....pathetic. Only in Saint John! Everywhere else Fedex is great.

The pick up hours are extremely inconvenient: 4:45-6pm. Closed on the weekends. The location is out of the way for most people. Trying to call FedEx is a frustrating exercise having to navigate through all of the prompts and never reaching a person. I received a call from Laura in Moncton about the shipment. She gave me a call back number that actually worked. She was very helpful, the only bright light in the process. This experience with FedEx is that same as my previous encounters. I usually request that shippers not use FedEx but an option is not always offered.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In order to ship or receive a package there you have a miniscule window early in the morning and late in the afternoon to do so. For anyone who works or lives outside of the immediate area of the facility this creates a huge hardship to do business with Fedex. It's companies like this that will ensure the postal service never goes out of business.

The last time I went to this location, the staff was not available until the end of the day like around 4:00 pm. They provided walkin service only a couple of hours. Call them before you want to go there for shipping or receiving. I hope they have added more business hours since then.
