I have used Eagle over the past few months and the service has always been incredible. The staff are always friendly and helpful and offer money saving services where possible, the drivers are always polite and punctual and the whole process is very easy. Eagle help me out with some very strange requests, including same day deliveries to Scottish Isles. Would recommend to anybody looking for a fast and reliable courier service.

I have just experienced SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE from this company. After arranging and paying for next day delivery of an important piece of equipment no collection took pace. When this was followed up Eagle acknowledged that they had failed to process the order correctly (but had taken payment). When I asked for a suggested solution - by then things were becoming urgent - a Same Day service was offered at 25 times the cost of the service I had paid for, with no recognition of my inconvenience just a reference to their terms and conditions. AVOID.

I have used Eagle for years and never had a problem. Amazing economy services and same day deliveries are spot on. Use eagle for any delivery needs!

It was the day before Thanksgiving. My wife and I were at home in the US. My son was studying at University of Glasgow. We wanted to send him a nice tart to go with the holiday meal he was planning with his flat mates. Ordering the tart from a local bakery was fairly easy, but finding a courier to deliver the treat was almost impossible. After attempting to set up the delivery with three other couriers, Eagle made this possible. Louise took our credit card over the phone and arranged everything. The delivery was done without a problem, and my son was delighted. Thank you, Eagle Courier!
