Prestige are great. They are one of the only really reliable car services in London. Always early, lovely shiny, clean cars, smooth rides and the drivers are always really friendly. They help you with luggage/stock, ensure you are comfortable. There are even water bottles in the car doors! Really great service and will continue to use them. Also great on the phone, so easy to book and easy to amend. 10/10

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. The taxi is mostly late. Customer service was rude in certain times, particularly when I asked for a reason of the delay . Everyone blamed each other: night shift blamed day shift and opposite- so unprofessional. Please, do not advertise yourself punctual on the website if you are not.!!!!!!!!!!!
