They regularly miss connections and cause next day deliveries to become 2 day deliveries. At the prices they charge that is unacceptable. "Good morning, Please be advised this shipment has incurred a 24 hour delay due to a missed connection on the overnight network. " Avoid.

I have just changed my 1-star review to a 5-star one. I gave the opportunity to City Sprint to make up for their mistake and they did it. The customer service was really apologetic and supportive. I will keep using them, provately and for business. Thank you to Eugene, Daniel and the rest of the team.

Constantly trying to dodge red light jumping city sprint cycle couriers on their blue bikes, while trying to cross the road on a green man.. No regard for road rules.

Very poor coustomer service. Looks like unprofessional ex prisoner got job there. You booked job with them that's it then they will start playing with you. Driver will turn up 2 days later. If you ask driver why its too late they will say sorry I don't work for them I'm self employed they pay Â£2.50 for this job. So I find my free time to deliver. Shame on city print. Say no to this company
