Loomis Express

Worst shipping company I've ever delt with and I deal with many different couriers for work purposes. Ordered something online and used this company to ship two packages. I signed up for all notifications and recieved them all until it hit the Mt Pearl location. Found one box on my doorstep a day early without it being scanned as delivered. The other is lost in the wind. Called and talked to four different reps that said the same thing: we dont leave boxes at the doors unless asked to do so (I didn't ask them to do so) and we scan the items during all stops, transfers and deliveries (which they didn't). Was told my package was given to an "agent" for final delivery but couldn't tell me who so I can contact them directly. I have a feeling my package has been stolen, due to it being left on my doorstep or lost by the third party agent that I will never be able to contact. Never again.

Loomis-express is a very poor carrier company. If you don’t want to have your parcel, just take Loomis-express the success is garantie. They come delivery to your place without any advise during the working hours and if you’re not there they will bring back your parcel at 600 or 800 km away from your address. After that they keep the parcel 5 days and then return it to sender if there is no claim. One option left, you can pay 10$ to make another delivery attempt. So paying 10$ for another attempt that they might miss due to no communication . I don’t want to lost another 10$. I lose enough like that. For me it is simply racketeering. They don’t tell you they coming, like that if you’re not there they charge you after for another attempt. Avoid this carrier (LOOMIS-EXPRESS based in ONTARIO ) if you don’t have time to lost.

Staff is rude, unhelpful and hang up on you randomly. They don't really provide any service, the just say they will then avoid you nd play dumb after they don't provide the service. Anything that can go wrong, mostly likely will with Loomis.

Unhelpful, Unavailable. .. After second visit to their depot to pick up my package. "Yes your package is supposed to be here and we told you to pick it up here but I can't see it and besides it's not my job anyway. Try and call the 800 number maybe? "
