Canpar Courier

Unbelievable shitshow. Package was delivered damaged... despite "special care" fee. Damage was not mentioned by driver, box was mended to hide damage. Entire next day spent waiting for pickup... made two phone calls to customer service to make sure it got picked up... at end of day I'm told the driver didn't know to pick it up, despite having been scheduled then two follow up calls. Hoping these clowns actually come tomorrow and don't waste another day. Drink bleach Canpar. One star is too many. P.S. Destroy capitalism.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Robotic and EXTREMELY rude. I have never written a review company before but have had such an unbelievably negative experience I feel it is important to share and help other people avoid at all costs! horrible company.

Canpar delivered my costco parcel to my door, in an apartment building and left it at my door. that was ok but there are three serious issues with the delivery. 1. The person who delivered the parcel tracked black petroleum grease filth up and down the stairs. It is unbelievable for a company to do that with no awareness. not even wiping their feet. It is not the street. 2. No way to get through on the phone and no email contact available locally or nationally. 3. I changed my delivery address on line long before the package arrived in NL but the package still delivered to the floor in front of my door. I don't like the filth left and the very difficult removal for which I am responsible .

Ordered an item from urban planet site and they chose canpar to ship as Canada post is on strike and my package should of been delivered 5 days ago. There is nothing coming up on the site and when I called I waited an hour on hold and told they couldn't find where my package is because the driver hasn't scanned it since it left the facility. They have no way of contacting the drivers and were unable to help me. They said they can only email and that's its not checked regularly so I would have to wait for a phone call which I still have not recieved. This is the most unorganized company I have dealt with and not by choice. They should not be a company all they do is give you a run around.

After going through hell with another courier (Loomis Express), Canpar came in and completely saved the day.
