Missing parcel

My parcel got delivered to the wrong address and there was no apology and nobody took responsibility for it. I never released the company of getting my signature for the delivery - they don't care. Value lost >$ 100. Don't use the service.

I've had to deal with them twice. The first time they said my address didn't exist so they sent it back, but they didn't say that so I had no idea where my package was. The second time they just wouldn't deliver it, even after digitally signing for them to leave it at the door. Loomis is the worst company and I am going to make an effort to ensure my packages don't get shipped through them ever again. Don't use Loomis. Ugh

Phone customer service was not great, I got an attempt letter with no information just what I owed so i called and barely got any information on how to pay DHL besides a phone number to contact them, The hours are kinda inconvenient for anyone that works early in the morning and late at night (7-10am) but I went in around 7am and told them my address and name and they were able to give me my package and pay duty on site with no issues.

Absolute Terrible customer service, spoke with two agents that assured me they would have my package delivered today.Now they are saying they will do their best to get it here tomorrow. The package has been at their depot for 4 days in Pei. Not impressed.

Super frustrating to deal with this company. Customers service don't know anything and can't help. They're basically useless. They couldn't deliver my package one day to they waiting until the end of the day on Monday to deliver it! Annoying as hell.

Allegedly Loomis "Express" cannot find the delivery address. Also Loomis Express does not know where the package is. They believe it is in New Brunswick or in PEI, one of those Atlantic provinces. Will keep you posted!
