Was picked up from Strawberry Hill, brought to Marble Mountain, then he decided to not use his meter, and charge us $75 for a 10 minute cab ride (we later called dispatch, and they told us it should’ve been max $35). You’re better off calling another company. He was also 30 minutes longer than he told us he would be, and asked to look at our faces before agreeing to pick us up later that night. Disgusting.

We got charged OVER DOUBLE for our cab ride. Our cab driver called to say he was waiting when really he was still 10 minutes away. He made some gross comments towards the ladies. We’ve since called to speak to a manager or owner and they keep giving us the run around. It’s been the absolute worst customer service in everyway possible. I advise every person who reads these comments to think twice about using this company, you are guaranteed to have a terrible experience.

Rudest service I have EVER encountered. The cab kicked out my 11 year old son cause "he had to get somebody else" then the rude girl on dispatch hung up in my face.

Asked for a cab to get from humber to strawberry hill. 5 min drive costed me 40 dollars. I would reccomend this cab company if you want to over pay for horrible service.

City cabs ripped me and my friends off, didnt use the meter and charged us double the flat rate. I'd advise against using their "services".
