Purolator

Waiting for a parcel, that has taken a month for this business to deliver from another province. Driver "attempted" delivery 2 days ago, no phone call, and no delivery notice left. Talked with customer service. Rescheduled a re delivery for today. Didn't happen. Contacted customer service again, the want to put in for a second re deliver. The instructions weren't followed for the first attempts. Tried calling local depot, , no answer and voice mailbox is full. Very poor service,will not recommend. Absolutely ridiculous. No parcel delivery yet, 3 days parcel has been in town. And nowhere to arrange for a pickup.

4 people were home, door bell never rang, and somehow it’s our fault and there was “Nobody home try again monday “ Do your job properly. If you can’t ring a doorbell you probably shouldn’t be working for a delivery service. Worst part is there is no Purolator office near me , so we can’t even pick it up.

I had a packaged delivered to my neighbors apartment even though the package had said my apartment number they still managed to give it to my neighbor. I was home and never suggested it be dropped there. Good thing he was honest and gave me it butstill

A parcel was delivered to my address today, and as to my understanding, the driver for Purolator in the grand falls windsor, nl area is to either knock or ring the door bell, and he did not do any of these. The parcel was soaked by the rain we had today. This is poor service and it looks bad for the Purolator business. The driver needs to be dealt with.

Horrible service. They never answer phone calls & two of my packages in the last month have stated “delayed in GFW due to weather” but the weather is perfect???? Impossible to get ahold of anybody!!
